The Proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (naics) Code Is 561990 - All Other Support Services, Which Has A Corresponding Size Standard Of $12,000,000.00. The Government Will Use This Information To Determine The Best Acquisition Strategy For This Procurement. The Government Is Interested In All Small Businesses To Include 8(a), Service-disabled Veteran-owned, Hubzone, And Women-owned Small Business Concerns. The Government Requests That Interested Parties Respond To This Notice If Applicable And Identify Your Small Business Status To The Identified Naics Code. Additionally, Please Provide Any Anticipated Teaming Arrangements, Along With A Description Of Similar Services Offered To The Government And To Commercial Customers For The Past Three Years. Please Provide Rationale On Your Recommendation(s). 3. Transition Of The C-130 From Hafb To The Contractor Run Environment Will Be Required With Foc End Of March 2024. Transition Would Begin August - September 2023 And Must Be Completed By Drop Dead Date Of March 2024. Is This Feasible? If So, Please Provide Your Approach To Meet This Schedule. 4. The Government Does Not Intend To Pay For Any Construction Or Re-model Of Existing Environment For The C-130. Do You Have The Capability To Invest In What Is Necessary For The C-130 Environment? 5.
