Provide Digitally Printed Label Designs Based On Specifications Provided By The Department Of Trade & Industry (dti) 2. Ensure High-quality, Scratch-proof Printing 3. Deliver Labels In Full Compliance With The Approved Designs & Dimensions. 4. Completion & Submission Of The Target Deliverables Not Later Than December 27, 2024 5. The Supplier Must Strictly Follow The Designs Provided As Well As The Specifications & Dimensions Of The Labeling 6. The Supplier Must Ensure To Supply Quality Output That Include Color Accuracy, Resolution & Durability 7. The Supplier Must Submit Sample Of The 20 Output Before The Final Printing 8. In The Event That The Delivered Packaging Materials Do Not Meet The Specifications Outlined In This Agreement, Including But Not Limited To Dimensions, Materials, Or Digitally Printed Design, The Supplier Is Obligated To Revise Or Resubmit The Output Promptly. The Revision Process Should Adhere To The Previously Agreed-upon Design Approval Procedure, And Any Associated Costs For Revisions Shall Be Responsibility Of The Supplier. Failure To Address & Rectify Discrepancies Within May Result In Penalties Or Contract Termination.
