Must Be Accredited By The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps)•, D. Ground Handling Services Must Handle Golf-related Events Or Packages Within 5 Years; E. Must Be Willing To Provide Services On A Send Bill Arrangement. F. Bidders Must Submit Their Quotation With Cost Breakdownto Differentiate The Amount Of Sewice Fee And The Amountto Be Earmarked Forthe Payment To The Third Parties Or Other Proprietors.
