Description Technical Specifications Tour Operator Project Title : Dot Hosting Of The Up-hiraya Intramuros Tour Project Date : June 22, 2024 L. Project Description This Is A Collaborative Project With The University Of The Philippines For Their First Ever Up-honing An Inclusive And Socially Responsive Internationalization Program Where International Exchange Students Are Exposed To A Series Of Fieldwork And Cultural Immersion In The Philippines. Ll. Objectives This Project Aims The Following: 1. Facilitate The Seamless And Enriching Cultural Exchange Experience For International Exchange Students; 2. To Support Promotion Of Tourism Education By Strengthening Linkages And Collaboration With Stakeholders Including Academic Institutions In Line With The Philippine Tourism Human Capital Development Plan; 3. To Integrate Dot Promotional Materials In Various Up Publications. Minimum Requirements And Criteria 1. Must Have Experience In Providing The Same Goods And Services; 2. Must Have Completed A Similar Contract With The Dot; 3. Must Be Registered With The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps); 4. Must Be A Dot Accredited Tour Operator; 5. Must Be Willing To Provide Services On A Send-bill Arrangement. Iv. Scope Of Work/services 1. Provision Of A Round-tip Tourist Bus With 60 Seating Capacity On June 22, 2024 From Quezon City To City Of Manila (intramuros): • Maximum Of 10 Hours Use • Inclusive Of Professional Driver, Driver's Fee, Meals, Toll Fees (if Applicable) 2.
