Background: Group Name: Tourism Industry Skills Program (tisp) Year-end Assessment Workshop And Gawad Tagapagsanay 2024 No. Of Pax: 68 Pax Date: November 19, 2024 Destination: National Capital Region Iii. Purpose / Objectives The Department Of Tourism Is In Need Of A Service Provider In The Philippines Engaged In The Business Of Providing Training Package For (tisp) Year-end Assessment Workshop And Gawad Tagapagsanay 2024. The Training Champions Assessment Workshop Plays A Key Role In Effectively Implementing Various Human Capability Training For The Tourism Industry Stakeholders In The Philippines. Tisp Year-end Assessment Workshop Aims To: 1) Provide Continuing Education For The Training Champions To Enhance The Quality Of Training Delivery, Facilitation, And Monitoring; 2) Evaluate The Training Progress And Achievement Carried Out Throughout 2024; And 3) Recognize The Invaluable Contributions Made By Our Regional Offices And Training Champions To The Success Of This Year's Human Capital Development Programs. Iv. Minimum Requirements For Suppliers A. Willing To Provide Services On Send-bill Arrangement; And B. Must Be Flexible To Make Adjustments In Schedules And Timelines, If Necessary. C. Issuance And Distributions Of Certificate Of Completion With Civil Service Commission Accreditation. *bidders Must Submit Their Quotation With Cost Breakdown To Differentiate The Amount Of Service Fee And The Amount To Be Earmarked For The Payment To The Third Parties Or Other Proprietors.  V. Scope Of Work / Deliverables Lot 1: Training Package The Training Provider Must Have Handled Trainings For Face-to-face Trainings With The Following Deliverables: ● Eight (8) - Hour Training, Covering But Not Limited To The Following: ○ Presentation Mastery ● Provide Activities Such As But Not Limited To: ○ Prework ○ Thinking Style Profiling ○ Communication Proficiency Assessment ○ Journal And Learning References ● Coordination Among The End-users, Central And Regional Offices’ Participants Before, During, And After The Training To Ensure Attendance And Participation. ● Provide Documentation And Post-activity Reports As Maybe Required By Ohcd. Vi. Approved Budget Cost Seventy-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 75,000.00) Inclusive Of All Applicable Government Taxes In Accordance With Government Procedures. Note: Bidders Must Submit Their Quotation With Cost Breakdown To Differentiate The Amount Of Service Fee And The Amount To Be Earmarked For The Payment To The Third Parties Or Other Proprietors. Otherwise, Tax Withheld Will Be Credited From The Total Contract Price. Vii.
