It Seeks To Promote Gender-sensitive Practices Among Tourism Officers And Women’s Associations, Equipping Them With Tools To Integrate Inclusive And Safe Policies Into Their Operations. Additionally, The Training Will Empower Participants To Take Active Roles In Advocating For Violence-free Environments In Their Communities And Workplaces, Fostering Collaboration And Leadership To Drive Lasting Change.
