Description Terms Of Reference Project: Procurement Of Event Management Services For The Participationof Region 1 In The Philippine Travel Agencies Association (ptaa) Travel Tour Expo On February 2-4, 2024 Project Background The 31st Ptaa Travel Tour Expo 2024 Will Be Held At The Halls 1-4 And Functions 1-5, Smx Convention Center, Mall Of Asia, Pasay City On February 2-4, 2024. This Event Is Considered As A Tremendous Gathering Of Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Airlines, Hotels, Resorts, Entertainment And Theme Parks, Travel Essentials, Food Business And Other Travel-related Establishments. This Travel Fair Has Exceedingly Surpassed Records In Terms Of Exhibitors, Visitor Attendance, And Production. Truly, The Leading Event In The Philippines That Features Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, And Other Related Industries Both Local And International. It Is Expected That This Event Will Encourage Travel Movements And Strengthen The Tourism Traffic In The Region And At The Same Time Rebuild And Reconnect The Travel And Trade Industry To The Different Tourism Stakeholders And Players Participating In This Event To Fully Revive The Tourism Industry Towards Recovery. Following Our Successful Participation Last Year And To Strengthen, Intensify, And Sustain Our Marketing And Promotions Efforts, Despite Limited Funding, The Dot Region 1, Reserved Two Booths (12 Sqm) Which Aim To Showcase The Newly Developed Products, Destinations, And Circuits Of The Region. We Have Invited Each Province To Send Representatives From The Provincial Tourism Offices, Travel And Tour Operators, Hotels, Resorts, And Other Tourism-related Entities To Promote To Join The Marketing And Promotions Team. Additionally, There Will Be A Food-tasting Corner Strategically Located In The Booth To Feature Our Gastronomy Offerings. This Will Be Served To The Visitors Coming In The Booth As Part Of Our Marketing And Promotions Activities. Any Changes In The Itinerary And Logistical Requirements Shall Be Coordinated By Dot R1 To The Service Provider For Necessary Adjustment Which Shall Be Agreed Upon By Both Parties At No Additional Cost.
