Given The Massive Developments In The Country’s Capital And The Large Population Of Various Tastes And Levels Of Palate, One Can Hope To Find Many Food Strips In The Metro. The Dot-ncr Hopes To Capitalize On These Tourism Resources And Use These Food Confluences To Attract More Tourists And Economic Activities. The Best Way, However, Is To Formally Do A Tourism Resource Inventory To Identify Each Food Tourism Resource And Classify Them Accordingly. With The Office Of Product And Market Development Planning To Develop A Philippine Food Tourism Roadmap And Strategic Plan In 2021, The Cooperation Of The Dot Regional Offices Is Sought For. This Is Part Of Sustaining Efforts To Position The Philippines As Center Of Food And Gastronomy By Developing And Promoting Food And Gastronomy Tourism.
