The Department Of Social Welfare And Development – Field Office Xi Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Four Hundred Forty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Pesos Only (php 7,443,909.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Janitorial And Allied Services For The Dswd Field Office Xi From February 2025 To December 2025 (short Of Award: Early Procurement Activities For Cy 2025) And With Identification Number: 24- 11-pb035. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Field Office Xi, Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Above Procurement Project. For Delivery Of The Goods Please Refer To The Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Contract Similar To The Project And Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent 50% Of The Abc.
