Description Invitation To Bid For The Secondary Internet Service Subscription For Dswd Fo X Regional And Sub-regional Offices 1. The Department Of Social Welfare And Development Field Office X Through The Current Appropriations Gaa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Five Hundred Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Nine Pesos And 65/100 (php 5,560,309.65) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Secondary Internet Service Subscription For Dswd Fo X Regional And Sub-regional Offices Under Itb No. 2024-03-05. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dswd Fo X Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements). Prospective Bidders Must Have Completed A Similar Contract Within The Preceding Two (2) Years, A Single Contract Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Approved Budget Cost Per Lot To Be Bid. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. After The Opening And Evaluation Of Bids, The Bac, Its Staff And Personnel, The Secretariat And Technical Working Group (twg), As Well As Observers, Are Prohibited From Communicating In Any Way With Any Bidder Regarding The Evaluation Of Their Bids Until The Issuance Of A Notice Of Award (noa).
