Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. 2. The Dswd Now Calls For The Submission Of Eligibility Documents For The Development Of The Empower Pwds Application, Which Aims To: I. Analyze The Business Requirements Of The Program; Ii. Design And Develop The Empower Pwd App, Including A Public-facing Website Based On The Specified Business Requirements; Iii. Perform The Necessary Quality Assurance Tests For The Empower Pwd Application, Including The Privacy Impact Assessment; Iv. Assist In The Deployment Of The Empower Pwd Application, Including The Conduct Of Training Of Trainers; V. Provide A Warranty Service Upon Post-deployment Of The Empower Pwd Application.
