The Department Of Science And Technology, Through The General Appropriations Act For Fiscal Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Thirty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen Pesos And 16/100 (₱1,739,613.16) Being The Total Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Various Ict Equipment And Accessories For The Dost-co And Dost-coa With Identification No. Pb-2024-11-0009. Lot Item Description Abc (₱) 1 1 Laptops For The Osec, Ousec-sts, Ousec-ro, Oasec-ala, Pes, Ias, Fms, Als, And Dost-coa 1,499,970.00 2 Printer, External Hard Drive, And Mouse For The Dost-coa 63,713.16 3 Laptop And External Hard Drive For The Oasec-ttcc 150,930.00 4 External Hard Drive For The Fms-accounting 25,000.00 Total Abc 1,739,613.16 Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Abc And The Respective Abcs Of Any Of The Items Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Science And Technology Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Not Later Than Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
