Valid Mayor’s/ Business Permit With Kind Of Business (consultancy Services). 6. A Bir Certificate Of Registration Shall Be Submitted For Individual Consultants Not Registered Under A Sole Proprietorship, In Lieu Of Dti Registration And Mayor’s / Business Permit. 7.
