For Supplier, the bid capacity required is a minimum average annual turnover of INR 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) for the last three years and a positive net worth in each of the three mentioned financial years. For Joint Venture, the lead member's firm should have the required financial standing, and both members of the Joint Venture should have positive Net worth in each of the three mentioned financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have specific experience in the business of supply, installing, commissioning of CCTV installation and Surveillance, with at least one contract worth INR 0.50 Crore in the past five years, and manufacturing experience and technical capacity, with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing goods of similar nature and complexity, and an annual production capacity of at least 3 times the quantities specified under the contract.
