The Dpwh Pangasinan 1st District Engineering, Through The Gaa 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 4,950,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Basic Infrastructure Program (bip) - Access Roads And/or Bridges From The National Road/s Leading To Major/ Strategic Public Buildings/ Facilities Rehabilitation Of Road, Barangay Macaycayawan, Sual, Pangasinan With Contract Id 25ag0051. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh Pangasinan 1st District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 115 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of At Least C & D.
