The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office, Through The Nep 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 29,699,994.93 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 25aa0561 Basic Infrastructure Program (bip) - Bip - Flood Mitigation Structures Protecting Public Infrastructures/facilities - Construction Of Drainage Structure, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (short Of Award). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 189 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
