Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of Small B For Irrigation And Flood Control. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Annex Ii-1.1 B Section Ii And Iii Of Bidding Documents.
