Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of Medium A For License Category B.
