The Department Of Public Works And Highways Regional Office Xi, Davao City, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Bidders To Submit Bids For The Infra Project Gaa Under Cy 2024, To Wit: Contract Id : 24l00282 Contract Name/location : Lgu Hospitals – Montevista Provincial Hospital, Davao De Oro (compostela Valley) Scope Of Works : Facilities For The Engineer; Other General Requirements; Civil, Mechanical, Electrical And Sanitary/plumbing Works; Earthwork; Reinforced Concrete; Finishing And Other Civil Works; Electrical; Mechanical Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 49,750,000.00 Contract Duration : 180 Cal. Days The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Rejected Automatically At Bid Opening. 2. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A To Large B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 3.
