Due To Budgetary Constraints, The Scope Is Limited To The Following: A) Construction Of Footings And Concrete Pedestals, B) Complete Steel Framing Of Columns And Beams, C) Construction Of Slab On Grade And Suspended Slabs On Metal Deck, D) Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Atirs, E) Construction Of Exterior And Interior Chb Partitions Including Plaster And Painting Works, F) Installation Of Windows, Awning And Fixed Type, G) Roofing Works Including Necessary Metal Structure Accessories, H) Initial Tile Work In The Ground Floor Of The Building, I) Construction Of Powerhouse And Initial Conduit Works Or Rough-in, And J) Initial Installation Of Stainless Steel Railings. Approved Budget For The Contract : ₱ 59,400,000.00 Contract Duration : 280 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Size Range Medium A, Pcab License Category Of (b) For General Engineering.
