The Department Of Public Works And Highways – Zamboanga Del Norte 3rd District Engineering Office, Through The Dpwh Infrastructure Program Based On National Expenditure Program (nep) Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty One Million Four Hundred Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Five Pesos (php 51,412,305.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 25jd0034 - Road Widening - Primary Roads, Liloy-siocon Rd - K1983 + 000 - K1985 + 280, Zamboanga Del Norte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Department Of Public Works And Highways – Zamboanga Del Norte 3rd District Engineering Office Is Conducting This Procurement Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For Fy 2025. The Contract To Be Awarded Shall Be Subject To Gppb Guidelines On The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activity (gppb Circular 06-2019) Which Provides That This Contract May Only Be Awarded Upon The Approval And Effectivity Of The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2025 Or The Reenacted Budget, And The Abc Therefore Remains Without Any Reduction. 2. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of Medium A For License Category B. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Annex Ii-1.1 B Section Ii And Iii Of Bidding Documents. 4.
