Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of C & D (size Range – Small B) For General Engineering -1 (road, Highway, Pavement, Railways, Airport Horizontal Structure And Bridges). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Annex Ii-1.1 B Section Ii And Iii Of Bidding Documents.
