Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Size Range Small B Of License Category C&d For Ge-1 (road, Highways, Pavement, Railways, Airport Horizontal Structure, And Bridges). Registration Certification (sec/dti Registration) B. Mayor’s/business Permit Or Its Equivalent Documents C. Tax Clearance D. Pcab License And Registration, And E.
