Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of C&d (size Range – Small B) For General Engineering -1 (road, Highways, Pavement, Railways, Airport Horizontal Structure, And Bridge). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Annex Ii-1.1 B Section Ii And Iii Of Bidding Documents.
