Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of C & D (size Range – Small B) For General Engineering -1 (roads, Haighways, Pavements, Railways, Airport Horizontal Structure, And Bridges).
