Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Public Works And Highways (dpwh), Batangas Ii District Engineering Office Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Hereunder Works: Contract Id : 25de0052 Contract Name : Organizational Outcome 2 : Protect Lives And Properties Against Major Floods, Flood Management Program, Construction/ Rehabilitation Of Flood Mitigation Facilities Within Major River Basins And Principal Rivers, Construction Of River Control Project, Barangay Tabangao, Ambulong, Batangas City Location : Batangas City, Batangas Scope Of Work : Construction Of Flood Control Structure Approved Budget For The Contract : Php 96,500,000.00 Contract Duration : 309 Calendar Days Prospective Bidders Should Be One (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of At Least B For Medium A. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Of Bidding Documents.
