The Department Of Public Works And Highways Regional Office Xi, Davao City, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Bidders To Submit Bids For The Infra Project Early Procurement Activities (epa) Under Cy 2025, To Wit: Contract Id : 25l00122 Contract Name/location : Replacement (completion) Of Bridge – Tuganay Br. 2 (b01854mn) Along Maharlika Highway (phase Ii), Davao Del Norte Scope Of Works : Replacement Of Existing Steel Bridge With 70 – Ln.m., 3-lane Pscg Bridge (completion); Provision Of Steel Craneway (rental Basis); Construction Of 1.20m Ø Bored Piles At Abutment A & B; Conduct Of Bored Pile Testing; Construction Of Superstructure; Construction Of Abutments; Construction Of Abutment Protection On Steel Sheet Piles; Application Of Asphalt Overlay; Application Of Reflectorized Thermoplastic Pavement Markings Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 106,150,000.00 Contract Duration : 285 Cal. Days The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Rejected Automatically At Bid Opening. 2. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A To Large B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 3. The Dpwh Will Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria In The Eligibility Check, Preliminary Examination Of Bids, Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification, And Award. 4. If At The Time Of The Post-qualification Procedure, The Bac Verifies That Any Of The Deficiencies Is Due To The Contractor’s Fault Or Negligence Pursuant To 34.3(b)(ii)(c) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184, The Procuring Entity Shall Disqualify The Contractor From The Award Without Any Right To Reimburse Fees And Incidental Cost Paid For The Procurement Of Infrastructure Contract Subject Of The Bid. 5.
