Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of Small B For License Category C & D. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Annex Ii-1.1 B Section Ii And Iii Of Bidding Documents. 4.
