The Dpwh - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Hereunder Works: Name Of Contract : Construction Of Multi-purpose Building At Barangay San Antonio, Gloria, Oriental Mindoro Contract Id : 25ei0147 Location : Gloria, Oriental Mindoro Scope Of Works : Construction Of 1-unit Senior Citizen Building. Complete Construction Of 1-unit 1-storey Senior Citizen Building With Dimensions 10.8m X 15.3m. The Project Includes Concrete Works, Plastering Works, Tile Installation, Ceiling Works, Roofing Works, Railings, Painting Works (masonry & Steel), Sanitary Works Such As Installation Of Plumbing Fixtures, Cold Water Lines, Power Lines, Cathc Basin, Septic Tank, And Downspout. Installation Of Doors And Windows, Instalation Of Decorative Stone With Stainless Steel Signages, Mechanical (pressurized Water Tank, Fire Protection System & Air Conditioning System) And Electrical Works Are Also Included. Approved Budget For The Contract : Php 4,950,000.00 Contract Duration : 180 Calendar Days 3. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of C & D, B, A, Aa, Aaa For General Engineering.
