The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office, Through The Nep 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 9,799,968.31 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For 25aa0197 Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (sipag) - Access Roads And/or Bridges From The National Road/s Leading To Major/strategic Public Buildings/facilities - Construction Of Road Leading To Bolo River Boulevard And Ay-ayo Waterfalls, Barangay Lanao, Bangui, Ilocos Norte (short Of Award). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dpwh – Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 97 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Size Range Of Small B, License Category Of C&d; ≤15m; Allowable Range Of Contract Cost Up To Php 30m.
