The Department Of Public Works And Highways Regional Office Xi, Davao City, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Bidders To Submit Bids For The Infra Projects Early Procurement Activities Under Cy 2024 (calamity Funds), To Wit: Contract Id : 24l00338 Contract Name/location : Rehabilitation / Reconstruction Of Revetment Flood Mitigation Structure Along Tagbalaobao River Located At Puroks Park B-2 And Riverside, Brgy. Pindasan, Mabini, Davao De Oro Scope Of Works : Excavation Works; Embankment Work; Provision Of Service Road; Construction Of Concrete Revetment On Steel Sheet Piles; Removal Of Existing Structures/obstruction; Removal And Furnishing Of Trees Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 42,638,525.00 Contract Duration : 255 Cal. Days The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Rejected Automatically At Bid Opening. 2. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A To Large B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 3.
