Location Of Project : Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya Indicative Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php. 4,950,000.00 Project Description : Construction Of One (1) Storey Senior Citizen Center Duration : 180 Calendar Days Cost Of Bid Documents : Php 5,000.00 Source Of Fund : Regular Infra Fy 2024 Pcab License Size Range : Small “b” The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License Size Range Small “b” (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc*, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc.
