The California Department Of Public Health (cdph) Is Soliciting Responses From Qualified Vendors To Provide Equity-focused, Results-based Facilitation And Support Services For The Development Of A State Health Equity Plan (shep) As Outlined In The Scope Of Work Found In Exhibit A Of The Sample Agreement.  The Contract Term Will Be From March 1, 2024, Or Upon Dgs Final Approval, Whichever Is Later To March 31, 2025, With An Option To Amend For An Additional Year. the Cdph, Office Of Policy And Planning (opp) Intends To Make A Single Contract Award To The Most Responsive And Responsible Organization Offering The Highest Scoring Bid. This Procurement Is Open To All Eligible Firms And/or Individuals That Meet The Qualification Requirements, Including Commercial Businesses, Nonprofit Organizations, State Or Public Universities (including Auxiliary Organizations) And Other Entities.
