The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value is: 1. Average Annual turnover of the bidder for providing vehicle(s) on hire for transportation of goods/parcels/mails for last three financial years should be more than or equal to Rs. 2,26,50,000/-. Formulas for past experience: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Specific estimated costs for these percentages are: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs 1,81,20,000/- - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs 2,26,50,000/- - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs 3,62,40,000/- Additionally, the bid capacity required in terms of vehicle capacity is as follows: 1. 5 tonne capacity with space for 25 cubic meter volume or more in load carrying compartment, with a rate of 75% of T. 2. 7 tonne capacity with space for 30 cubic meter volume or more in load carrying compartment, with a rate of T. 3. 9 tonne capacity with space for 32 cubic meter volume or more in load carrying compartment, with a rate of 115% of T. 4. 12 tonne capacity with space for 40 cubic meter volume or more in load carrying compartment, with a rate of 130% of T. 5. 14 tonne capacity with space for 42 cubic meter volume or more in load carrying compartment, with a rate of 145% of T. Other formulas: - Rates payable from point to point per trip = contracted rates payable to vehicle on the given route (Rs./Km) x Distance between points. - Amount to be paid or claimed against the bidder (in % of bid price per route) = (P1 – PB) / PB x 100 x 30/100 Where P1 = Average HSD fuel price on 15th of the month of start of operations and thereafter, and PB = Basic HSD price on the date of issue of tender.
