The Department Of Labor And Employment, Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City, Using A Single-year Until December 2025 Framework Agreement, Through The Mooe Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Five Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty-nine Pesos (php4,567,189.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies For Dole Regional Office No. 5 And Its Provincial Offices For Fy2025 Under Framework Agreement. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Department Of Labor And Employment, Regional Office No. 5 Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies For Dole Regional Office No. 5 And Its Provincial Offices For Fy2025 Under Framework Agreement. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Days After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Pe. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
