Purchase Of Twenty-eight (28) Pieces Filing Cabinet (4 Drawers), Vertical, Powder Coated For National Prosecution Service (nps) Region 7 • Approved Budget For The Contract – P 280,000.00 2. Bidding / Price Quotations By Bidders Shall Be By Per Lot Basis Inasmuch As Contracts Will Be Awarded On A Per Lot Basis Also; 3. Prices And Specifications For The Bid Should Be Valid For 45 Days; 4. Delivery Period: 30 Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order Unless Otherwise Agreed Upon. (please State The Number Of Days Of Delivery If It Is Agreed To Be Delivered Beyond 30 Working Days); 5. The Item/s Shall Be Delivered According To The Accepted Offer Of The Bidder; 6. Term Of Payment: Send Bill Arrangement, Unless Specified; 7. Total Price Quoted Below Is Subject To Withholding Tax; And 8. Quotations Must Be Submitted To The Bac Or Its Secretariat On Or Before 3 Days From Receipt Of The Rfq Or Posting In The Philgeps.
