The Department Of Information And Communications Technology - Region 12 (soccsksargen And Lama), Through The Special Account In The General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Fund (fpiaf), 2023 Continuing Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-two Pesos Only (php 1,203,522.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Fiber Optic Cable Materials, Supplies And Other Ict Equipment For Govnet Project - In Region Xii. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Information And Communications Technology - Region 12 (soccsksargen And Lama) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Delivery Of The Service And User Acceptance Must Be Completed Not Later Than Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
