Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Provision Of Internet Connectivity Services In Public Places- Phase 3 In The Provinces Under Region Iii The Department Of Information And Communications Technology - Region Iii, Through The Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund (sub-aro No. 2024-10-1719), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos (php 45,957,180.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Provision Of Internet Connectivity Services In Public Places - Phase 3 In The Provinces Under Region Iii With Bid Reference No. Bac-2024-021. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Dict Region 3 Is Now Inviting Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Service Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
