Description Description And Minimum Specifications • Two Janitorial Personnel Rendering 45 Hours A Week • Scope Of Work:  Daily Collection And Disposal Of Garbage Using Clean Garbage Bags.  Regular Sweeping And Mopping Of Rooms.  Ensure Cleanliness, Sanitation And Keep Always Dry All Comfort Rooms/ Wash Rooms/ Pantry.  All Mirror Shall Always Be Kept Clean And Clear.  Toilet Bowls And Urinals: Make Sure All Flush Tanks Are Properly Working.  All Toilets Shall Be Cleaned As Frequently As Needed.  Cleaning Of Workstations, Window Panes, And Glass Doors Should Be Done Regularly On A Daily Basis.  Mopping And Sweeping Of Floors Within Dhsud R3 Premises Shall Be As Frequent As Necessary.  General Cleaning Of All Rooms, Comfort Rooms/ Wash Rooms/pantry, Including Polishing Of Floors, Cleaning/ Vacuuming Of Carpeted Floors, Chairs, And Sofas Shall Likewise Be Done On A Weekly Basis Or As Needed. • The Service Provider Shall Provide Two (2) Janitors Who Are:  Of Good Moral Character And Without Criminal Or Police Records;  Physically And Mentally Fit, As Evidence By The Medical Certificate; And  Duly Trained And Skilled To Function As Janitorial Personnel.
