Description Invitation To Bid For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Procurement Of Security Services For Dhsud-central Office For Fy 2025 (11 Months) 1. The Department Of Human Settlements And Urban Development (dhsud), Through The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-two Million Three Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Pesos (php22,322,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Procurement Of Security Services For Dhsud-central Office For Fy 2025 (11 Months) With Project Identification No. 12-22-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Is An Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Dhsud For Fy 2025. This Procurement Requirement Shall Be Governed By The Laws, Rules And Regulations, And Procedure Under Appendix 31 (guidelines On The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities (epa) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (ra 9184). 2. The Dhsud Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is For 11 Months Or Starting February 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
