The Department Of Human Settlements And Urban Development (dhsud), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-seven Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (php37,110,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, And Support Services Of Midrange And High-end Laptop Computers For The Department Of Human Settlements And Urban Development (dhsud) With Project Identification No. 10-16-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Dhsud Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Within (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
