Description Request For Proposal This Is To Invite Your Company To Submit Your Best And Final Offer To The Department Of Health (doh) For The Procurement Of Consulting Services For The Conduct Of Research On Determining The Optimal Hospital Beds In A Health Facility Per Service Capability Under Np No. 2024-011 Which Is Being Undertaken By The Central Office Bids And Awards Committee (cobac)-a Using Negotiated Procurement Through Two-failed-biddings Modality Pursuant To Annex “h” (v)((d)(1) And Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. The Project Has A Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Three Million Philippine Pesos (php3,000,000.00) Inclusive Of Taxes.
