The required prior work experience for the bidder includes 7 years of experience for a Project Manager cum Site Engineer (Civil) with a B.E in Civil or a Diploma in Civil. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the value of the contract. Additionally, the bidder (or its sub-contractor, if any) should have executed similar work in any one of the 5 (five) financial years. The bidder needs to provide information about the name of the employer, brief description of work, contact number, date of issue of work order/contract, value of contract, stipulated period of completion of work, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay, if any. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.206.59 lakhs in any single year over the last 5 (five) financial years, and have Liquid Assets / credit facility of not less than Rs. 41.318 Lacs, which is 10% of the value of the contract.
