Request For Qualifications P2482002 California Environmental Quality Act (ceqa) Consulting Services (northern Service Area) the California Department Of Fish And Wildlife (cdfw) Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Firms To Perform California Environmental Quality Act (ceqa) Consulting Services. the Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Retain Ceqa Consulting Services To Support Cdfw¿s Compliance With Ceqa When Cdfw Needs To Act As A Lead Or Responsible Agency For Ceqa Projects. The Consulting Services Include Preparing All Types Of Ceqa Documents, As Well As Providing Review And Advice On The Adequacy Of Ceqa Documents Prepared By Others, Including Project Applicants And Other Lead And Responsible Agencies, For Use By Cdfw. Consulting Services Will Also Include Compliance Monitoring And Other Support Related To The Environmental Document(s) For Certain Projects. Additionally, Consulting Services Must Be Available When Cdfw Staff Provide Support For The California Fish And Game Commission, When The Commission Acts As Lead Agency For Ceqa Projects. The Contractor Will Provide Ceqa Consulting Services Described Herein For All Projects Within The Service Area.
