Description 1. The Department Of Finance, Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-six Million Pesos (₱26,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Project, Procurement Of Support Service For The Network Refresh Solution Of The Department Of Finance – Ib No. 2024-07-g With The Following Lots: Lot No. Description Abc (₱) 1 Support Service To Deploy And Commission New Wireless Lan Components (access Points, Switches & Cabling) With Centralized Management And Analytics 25,000,000.00 2 Support Service To Upgrade Existing Active Directory Windows 2012 R2 Standard To The Latest Windows 2022 Stable Version 1,000,000.00 Total 26,000,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Finance Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (2016 Revised-irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
