Tender : Technical Advisor (Lead Architect) - Big Housing Build Ground Lease Model Project Homes victoria is intending to release a request for tender in mid-january 2022 to provide technical advisor services to support the big housing build ground lease model project. This will be a select tender process called from pre-qualified consultants on the construction supplier register. The project will include the delivery of approximately 1400 new dwellings through a new partnership between community housing organisation, the private sector and homes victoria. The?project will be delivered?under the big housing build program?on?homes victoria owned?sites?located?in?horace petty-south yarra, essex st-prahran, barack/beacon road-port?melbourne,?and bluff road-hampton east. Technical advisor contract award is expected in quarter 1 2022. The engagement requires a multi-disciplinary scope of works, with the architect nominated as the lead consultant. Disciplines include, but are not limited to: • architect • esd consultant • landscape architect • traffic consultant (as required) • services consultant (disciplines as required) • arborist • cultural heritage (as required) • other (as required) the scope of services includes support from preparation of concept designs and yield studies, the expression of interest and request for proposal documentation through the interactive tender phase (workshops) to evaluation and negotiation phases until contract award. The government’s local jobs first policy and social procurement framework apply to this procurement. Tender participants will need to complete a local industry development plan (lidp) as part of local jobs first requirements. The building equity, major projects skills guarantee (mpsg) and apprenticeships victoria requirements/policies also apply to this procurement. These commitments will need to be included within the lidp and/or social procurement response.
