The Denr-penro Negros Oriental, Through The General Appropriation Act Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos (p 2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Storage Facility At Camanjac, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Denr-penro Negros Oriental Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required With 120 Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Procurement Process Of The Storage Facility Is Through A “design And Build” By A Prospective Winning Bidder. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
