Description Project Title : Protection And Maintenance Of Established Plantation (pmep) Year 3 Under Enhanced National Greening Program (engp) For Cy 2025 Area : 26.07 Hectares Location : Mapaso, Irosin, Sorsogon Commodity : Other Fruit Abc : Php 157,000.00 Project Duration: January 2025 – December 2025 C. Scope Of Work C.1 Seedling Production/procurement (20% Of The Total Seedling Requirement Per Hectare) Commodity Under Fruit Trees Shall Include But Not Limited To Pili, Guyabano, Rambutan, Cashew, Lanzones And The Like. C.2 Protection And Maintenance Of Established Plantation A. Strip Brushing, Cultivation, Ring Weeding Or Pressing In Cogonal Areas, Establishment Of Fireline In Open Grassland Areas, If Applicable (width And Length Will Depend On The Condition Of The Area) B. Maintenance Of Poles/marker And /or Signages C. Replanting, Hauling Of Seedlings And Re-staking D. 4m. X 5m. Spacing C.3 The Production Of Seedlings Will Be Done On Site As To The Target Area For Planting. If The Seedlings Are To Be Produced Outside The Project Site, The Stakeholder/partner Implementer Shall Shoulder The Hauling And Transportation Cost Of Seedlings To The Planting Site. Local Communities Will Be Tapped As Laborers/partners In The Identified Nursery Activities. C.4 Patrol Works Shall Be Conducted On A Regular Basis By The Partner Implementer. C.5 Prior To Project Implementation, The Stakeholder/partner Implementer Shall Conduct Coordination And Community Assemblies In All Barangays Covered By The Project Site And Other Cepa Related Activities That Will Promote The Enhanced National Greening Program. Likewise, Installation Of Billboards/signages Within Or Near The Project Site Shall Be Conducted By The Adoptor/partner Implementer. C.6 The Partner Implementer Shall Encourage The Participation Of Upland Communities/families In The Protection And Plantation Maintenance Activities And Submit The Names Of Families/individuals To The Denr For Consolidation.
