Mitre Is A Dod, National Security Engineering Center (nsec), Sponsored Federally Funded Research And Development Center (ffrdc), And Can Provide Assessment And Analysis Of Specific National Security Systems Per Far 35.017-3(b)(3). all Responsible Sources May Identify Their Interest By Submitting A Capability Statement In Response To This Requirement, Which Shall Be Considered By The Agency. Information Received Will Normally Be Considered Solely For The Purpose Of Determining Whether To Conduct A Competitive Procurement.
