This Contract Shall Include All Such Items, Although Not Specifically Mentioned, That Can Be Reasonably Inferred As Being Required For Its Completion As If Such Items Were Expressly Mentioned Herein. All The Provisions Of Ra No. 9184 And Its 2016 Revised Irr, Including The Generic Procurement Manual, And Associated Issuances, Constitute The Primary Source For The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, And Thus, Applicable In Contract Implementation. Herein Clauses Shall Serve As The Secondary Source For The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract. 2. Bidders Shall Provide Correct And Accurate Information Required In This Form. 3. Prices Must Be Valid For A Period Of Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Opening Of Quotations. 4. Delivery Of Goods And Services Shall Commence Immediately After The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed Or Upon The Schedule Set By The End-user And To Last For 43 Feeding Days. 13. Liquidated Damages Equivalent To One Tenth Of One Percent Of The Value Of The Goods Not Delivered Within The Prescribed Period Shall Be Imposed Per Day Of Delay. 14. Advance Payment May Be Released In An Amount Not Exceeding Fifteen Percent (15%) Of The Total Contract Price In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Implementation Guidelines For The Procurement Of Goods, Supplies And Materials, And The Contract Implementation Guidelines For The Procurement Of Infrastructure Projects, Or Annexes “d” And “e” Of The Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 15.
